  1. Wow! Amazing composition, Simon. Combining the long shadows and the sunstar in the window above is masterful. In fact, as I examine the sunstar more closely it seems that it wasn’t created by the X-E1’s shutter alone. You must have used the diffraction off of the window frame, too. So, was this all intentional?

    1. Yes john it’s was. I noticed the flare on a few shots previous to this one. Then it was a matter of just waiting for people to enter the scene. Thank for your kind words.
